Project Brief

Our brief was to undertake re-merch work on Bakery shelves in stores across the UK to improve customer flow when purchasing fresh bakery products. All shelving was to be moved and complete mods re-moved and re-installed to a specific planogram dependent on the size of Bakery area.

Our Approach

On site pre and post installation pictures were collected along with site data and signature capture from duty/store manager.

 

All data was transmitted direct from store and made available via our unique real time web portal.

 

Daily reports were sent to the client summarising stores completed and schedules throughout the installations.

 

All stores were contacted with a telephone pre call to confirm our attendance and explain the works involved.

Nov 2015 and Mar 2016

Timeframe

Stores were completed across the UK over a specified time period agreed with the client.

Compliance

All stores were attended within the timescale provided by the client for both the surveys and the installations. All fitters were CSCS accredited along with production of RAMS to ensure we met all of our health and safety obligations.
