Lidl – Lean Work Spaces

Project Brief

Lidl required a revamp of their staff work stations in the back of house areas, to improve cleanliness and tidiness in the staff areas of their stores. New bulletin boards, work stations and racking systems were installed. Over 600 stores were attended across the UK over a specified time period agreed with the client.

Our Approach

On site pre and post installation pictures to be collected along with site data and signature capture from duty/store manager. All data to be transmitted direct from store and made available via our unique real time web portal.

Daily reports sent to the client summarising stores completed and schedules throughout the installations.

Compliance

All stores were attended within the timescale provided by the client for the installations. All fitters were CSCS accredited along with production of RAMS to ensure we met all of our health and safety obligations. All installations were supported by our Etiam’s web based reporting system enabling data and photos to be transmitted direct from store including a manual sign off with the store at the client’s request.
