Project Brief
During the first spell of the COVID-19 outbreak, it was quickly recognised that protective screens would be needed around checkout and till areas within various business. As an essential business to stay open during government-imposed lockdowns, Pets at Home and Vets4Pets appointed Adinstall to assemble and install fixed protective screens around checkout desks to allow them to trade safely during the pandemic. These were required to be fitted as quickly as possible to avoid any disruption to trade and customers’ expectations.
Our Approach
Collation of screens prior to install completed at our head office warehouse with scheduled routes planned to cover all locations within the small timeframe Pets at Home/Vets4Pets were working to. All fitting teams were equipped with COVID compliant PPE throughout the installations to ensure safety was always the top priority.
Full project management throughout the job from our office-based account management team with support in the field by the project appointed Field Manager as required.
On site pre and post installation pictures to be collected along with site data and signature capture from duty/store manager.
All data transmitted direct from store and made available via our unique real time web portal with client access.
Daily reports sent to the client summarising stores completed and schedules throughout the installations.
Compliance
100% success rate achieved which is currently on going. All fitters are CSCS accredited along with the required Adinstall in-house annual training and adherence to RAMS as required.
