Project Brief

Our brief was to install cosmetic carcass displays in to Sainsbury’s development stores covering brands such as Rimmel, Maybelline, Max Factor and Boutique. Old carcasses were to be removed if required, with internal shelving and product holders re-installed in to the new carcasses where available.

Our Approach

All data was transmitted directly from store and made available via our unique real time web portal.

Daily reports were sent to the client summarising the stores completed and number of bays installed.

All of our fitters were CSCS accredited and carried risk assessments and a method statement (RAMS) to ensure we met all of our health and safety obligations.

Compliance

All stores were attended on the dates requested by the client and contacted prior to confirm our attendance and explain the works involved, including booking in via the Sainsbury’s Donseed system.
