Tesco – Difibrillators

Project Brief

Tesco Stores recognises the importance of having easily accessible Defibrillator units to all their staff and customers. Our brief was to deliver and install one unit per store across the whole Tesco estate of over 2500 stores Units were to be wall fixed in front of store locations and easily accessible to staff and customers to use in the event of an emergency.

Our Approach

Collation, distribution and installation of defibrillator units and kit to every Tesco store across the UK. Full project management throughout the job from our office-based account management team with support in the field by the project appointed Field Manager.

On site pre and post installation pictures to be collected along with site data and signature capture from duty/store manager.

All data transmitted direct from store and made available via our unique real time web portal with client access.

Regular reports sent to the client summarising stores completed and schedules throughout the installations.

Compliance

100% success rate achieved over the agreed timeline. All fitters were CSCS accredited along with the required Tesco academy training and production of RAMS, to ensure we met all our health and safety obligations.
